There are several ways that I might be able to help with your dispute. Some of the options to consider are:
- Representation in or coaching for settlement negotiations (either up-front in the discussions as part of your negotiating team or behind the scenes providing insight and recommendations).
- Reviewing the progress of litigation being handled by your external law firm, providing a fresh perspective on the key issues and helping to ensure you are getting value for money (while you focus on BAU).
Risk Workshops
I can facilitate workshops to help your management team methodically identify the risks of a project or business enterprise so that appropriate risk management measures can be explored and implemented, including appropriate insurance options where possible.
